This player was a first round pick. I'm interested to see a late round pick that boomed like Tom Brady, for example.

This was a start-up league draft, and I nabbed him in the 20th round as probably the last team to take a QB, haha. After only one and a half seasons he's one of the top rated QBs in the league, in terms of potential (for my own weights, at least).
