New Roster Only League

Pushing out a new feature tonight - Roster Only Leagues. This has been an oft-requested feature that allows a league where all owners only build their roster. The AI will take care of all game planning.

I was actually just thinking yesterday that it's about time to do another one, this time a custom league. I'll probably set one up today. Wanted to let the first one run for a little bit to make sure everything works as expected.
