The red bars represent the skill sets of the players that the coach influences (based on coach's position). Position coaches influence (25%) the progress of only those players for which he has responsibility, e.g., secondary/defensive backs. Coordinators influence (25%) the progress of all players for which he has responsibility, e.g., DC/all players on defense. Head coach influences (50%) the progress of all players on the team.
