when you change a player from one position to another does he keep his current familiarity with all plays or does he start at a reduced amount since he's running the play from a different position?

I would think his familiarity with the plays would be the same, but playing a different position.. he'd have a learning curve to execute them.

I would think so also. That's where the position experience comes into play.
