Player Attribute Weights

Example:
If the coach sets a LT at 100 pass/25 run (default) and I change it to 100/100...
What does that exactly do to the performance/ thinking of the LT?

Nothing; it just changes how you view their overall score. The coach's rating is just telling you what that coach is looking for in that position.
