Etc. Returners way too frequently just refuse to catch ***** for no explicable reason. Unless there's a high chance it's going to bounce into the end zone they should always be at least attempting to field the ball.

I really hate that, especially when the ball is downed within 5 yds of GL.

And is there a rule to get the returner to not attempt to catch the ball if it's inside the 10? So maddening to watch him fair catch on the 3.
