What I want in return are picks 2-3 years out. If you must give me players, make them cheap ones whom I can hope to pay. Anyone expensive will be automatically cut anyway. The players I am willing to trade are on the trade block. I am a motivated seller, but I'll still take the best deal I think I can get.
