I believe that being in round 2 of the draft can be attractive to potential owners. (It's not Rd 1, but still better than after the draft). I believe we can get more owners if we further delay sims after reaching 16 teams. Nobody likes waiting a full season to make real changes to a roster, right? Subsequent polls may be used to finalize result in case of no outright decision. (Votes will be tablulated when 16 owners have had 24 hours to cast a vote, whether they cast it or not)
