I was kinda stuck 2nd round. Possible other areas could have got decent players but I'm an inside out kinda person, prefer to build O line first. 80+ OA lineman available in second? High vol? Ah well, I'll risk it.
Tbf, Gussie had his reasons for the ahem Qb, same reasons I had, so can't fault it - possible value pick at that slot, I had him falling to the 6th.
Not sure about others but I'm finding this draft a real crapshoot, need to analyse the data but the average volatility seems to be high - or I'm just looking at the wrong players. Mostly focusing on looking to fill areas of need / depth, but then again go for some low priority areas too.
Also guess as I've improved the quality of starter over the last few drafts / FA periods, which in turn improves backups, so makes finding players more difficult especially late on.
I agree, there is a lot of volatility in this draft. There will be a lot of booms that will be very good additions considering where they were drafted. There will be teams that are unlucky and have very unpleasant training camps.
