I'm thinking being on day 2 of the draft could be a good recruiting item, or a terrible one, depending on the potential owner.
I've found that I hate coming into a league right after the draft, as I have to wait a full season before making any impact.
I'm thinking, for that reason, that when/if we get above 50% ownership, we may want to further delay continuing with the draft. Of course, it's just an idea. I'll do as the majority thinks is better. Once we get to the 50% level, I'll put out a poll.
Any other ideas anybody else has, let me know, Like I said, this is my first attempt as an admin, and I welcome any help.
