Wow, what a mess. So, perhaps, an innocent mistake of not being well versed on the game.

The GM for Spokane has been in this league for several seasons. So, who knows? Probably the only way to respond to this is to react to the situation as it presents itself.

I guess. Everyone digs in and hopefully we equally get someone. I wrote a note to revisit this later today. I'll throw bid(s) in for protection and hopefully the players disperse equally.

There should be something in place which halts this from happening in-season. :(

yes he has been in this league for 8 seasons
the thing is he logged in at 1:41 am and league spun at 3:45 am
so he could have CUT them or maybe he didnt look at his team and it told him it was going to cut people if he didnt get under the cap and because he didnt look at team it exploded.

If I don't have time for a good investigation, how would you all feel about delaying the sim?

I'd be OK with that. Do what you need to do. I am claiming such people as I can afford, but I don't need them. Also, I should be well down the list.

Just to give you guys a heads up. My default position has always been to let the league play out as the rules that are in place dictate.
However, if it looks like something sketchy is going on, or something that will hurt the league, I have no problem asking for a reverse, or seeking other fixes.
